Signing Up to Be a Dasher?
We are accepting dasher sign ups for the following modes of transportation: car.
Please bring your I.D.* to complete your background check, as well as a Credit/Debit Card** to purchase supplies.
*We do not accept Provisional Licenses or Permits

The office is in the large Chase Bank Building. Please use the free parking in the Chase lot. The office is down the hall to the right on the first floor.

Please check here prior to visiting the office as the hours are subject to change. If you are coming to purchase supplies, please bring a debit/credit card as we do not accept cash.

DASHER PEAK PAY:
Beginning Wednesday October 11, earn $1 extra per delivery during peak lunch (11am-2pm) and dinner peak (5-8pm) in the following starting points: Cedar Park, Round Rock, South Austin and Central Austin.
To qualify, Dashers must accept 75% of all orders.
DASHER DEACTIVATION POLICY:
Please see the Deactivation Policy here for more information. Dashers who fall below the listed threshold may be subject to deactivation.

With DoorDash Drive, restaurants needing to deliver larger or bulk orders can request a Dasher to their location directly. These orders typically pay at a higher rate, are larger in size and sometimes longer in duration than the average 'marketplace' delivery.

Requirements to qualify for DoorDash Drive:
To qualify for these minimums programs, you must do the following:

What if I have an issue or run into a problem with an order while on a dash?
Support is available both in the Dasher app during a dash as well as on the web at doordash.com/help.
My app isn't working, what do I do?
Please make sure you are on the latest version of the app, which can be found in the Google Play Store (Android) or at this link (iOS), restart your phone, and log back in. If you are still having issues, please visit doordash.com/help to submit a support request, and file the issue on the Texas Dasher Bug Report Form.
Do I have to wear my DoorDash t-shirt or use any DoorDash supplies?
While we do not require you to wear your red DoorDash shirt or use a hot bag/blanket, certain restaurants do require it and may not release the order to you if you do not. This will typically be indicated in the instructions for each order, if applicable.
