Statements are generated on a weekly basis for all deliveries completed between Monday - Sunday (ending Sunday at midnight) of the previous week. Payments are transferred at that time directly to your bank account through Direct Deposit, and usually take 2-3 days to show up in your bank account, so payments will appear by Wednesday night.

If you have still not received your deposit by Thursday morning, or if you believe you're missing a portion of your payment, please submit your information on this Help Form (click here) with the following information:

  1. The full name, email address, and phone number associated with your DoorDash account
  2. The amount of pay you're missing
  3. The day / dates the deliveries took place in
