Orientation Office Information
If you are attending the office to purchase new supplies, we kindly ask that you wait until the ongoing orientation has ended.
- This location does scheduled orientations. Please show up on time for your appointment. If you are late or show up outside of your scheduled time, we will try to accommodate you, but cannot guarantee this, as space and time are limited, and you may be asked to reschedule.
- Waiting room space is limited. For this reason, we ask that you not bring along family or friends, and do not loiter before or after your appointment.
- Please bring your phone and driver's license with you. For your convenience, make sure you have the Dasher app downloaded before you come to the office: http://dasherhelp.doordash.com/download-app
- Please arrive at least one hour prior to close if you wish to complete an orientation, otherwise we may not be able to accommodate you.

With DoorDash Drive, restaurants needing to deliver larger or bulk orders can request a Dasher to their location directly. These orders typically allow for higher earnings, are larger in size, are and sometimes longer in duration than the average 'marketplace' delivery.
If you are interested in becoming 'equipped' to receive DoorDash Drive orders, please visit your local office after completing 100 deliveries.
To qualify for DoorDash Drive you must complete 100 deliveries.

What if I have an issue or run into a problem with an order while on a dash?
Support is available both in the Dasher app during a dash as well as on the web at doordash.com/help.
My app isn't working, what do I do?
Please make sure you are on the latest version of the app, which can be found in the Google Play Store (Android) or at this link (iOS), restart your phone, and log back in.
Do I have to wear my DoorDash t-shirt or use any DoorDash supplies?
While we do not require you to wear your red DoorDash shirt or use a hot bag/blanket, certain restaurants do require it and may not release the order to you if you do not. This will typically be indicated in the instructions for each order, if applicable.
